Summer Training

At the end of the second semester, all the students have to undergo a summer training of 4-6 weeks either in the Manufacturing unit or in the service sector organizations. Students are facilitated by the placement cell. At the completion of the training, students submit their report to the placement cell and give the presentation before the panel of faculty members. During the training they have to be in constant touch with the Internal faculty guide as well as external industry guide. The evaluated training reports are kept in the reference section of the library for the future references.

Industry Interactions

The Institute has close association with the industry. At regular intervals, we invite key persons form the industry to share their valuable knowledge and experiences with the students and faculty members. The faculty members of the Institute also write the cases on the basis the real industrial problems. The students go for the industrial visits and summer trainings. Major research projects as well as Ph. D. work is also carried out on the managerial aspects of the industries

Personality Development Programmes

The institute has a group of faculty members who takes the lectures to improve their communication skills. Presentations, public speaking, extempore, book review sessions and debate are organized which help the students in uplifting the confidence level. They are exposed to the role play of various management situations.

Pioneer Alumni Association

As you work towards obtaining a degree and entering into the corporate world, you can count-on a helping hand for Pioneer Alumni. Pioneer graduates are continually making names for themselves. Pioneer Alumni know that the value of their degree continues to grow as Pioneer improves its competitive position. Every year more and more Pioneer Alumni get involved to assist in strengthening the institute. As a prominent feature of Association, Graduates become automatic members in Pioneer Alumni Association. As a member of the Association, students have opportunities to participate in various activities and networking with other Alumni.
