Following are the documents needed along with Admission Form for UG and PG Programs. Please attach them with admission form and submit to administrative office:

Documents required in Admission to Post Graduation (PG) Programs:

1. 10th, 12th & Graduation Attested Marksheets - in 2 Set Photocopy.
2. Original Transfer Certificate (TC)
3. Original Migration and Eligibility Certificate (If Applicable)
4. Gap Certificate (If Applicable)
5. Domicile Certificate (Photocopy)
6. Cast Certificate (Photocopy)
7. Passport Size Photograph - 7 Photographs
8. Affidavit for Ragging by Student (Annexure-I) and by Parent (Annexure-II) Duly filled, signed and Notarized as per the Guidelines of Supreme Court (Click Here to Download)
9. Mandatory Details of Student (Click Here to Download)

1. 10th and 12th Mark sheet - 2 Set Photocopy
2. Original Transfer Certificate (TC)
3. Original Migration and Eligibility Certificate (If Applicable)
4. Gap Certificate (If Applicable)
5. Domicile Certificate
6. Cast Certificate
7. Passport Size Photograph - 6 Photographs
