Teaching Methodology

Pioneer Institute, by virtue of being a professional institute focuses on imparting knowledge related to management and computer subjects through various courses. The institute has various teaching aids

The institute uses blend of classroom instructions, cases, projects works, seminars, quiz, presentation, assignments, viva voce, panel discussion, on-the-job training, mid term and semester end tests.

Faculty Developmental Activities

Keeping in mind, the growth and skills developments amongst faculty members of the institute and teaching fraternity, the Institute regularly organizes faculty developmental activities such as Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, QIP, Summer Schools internally as well as at National Level. Institute also regularly nominates its faculty members to attend such programs organized by the other institutes.

Project Work

Major emphasis is being given to the project work in all the courses, which includes, Minor Projects, Major Projects, and Summer Trainings etc. The Institute also encourages its students to go for on-the-job as well as off-the-job trainings. The students are exposed to industrial environment while they go for the Industrial Visits. Students are some times involved in the special projects sponsored by various funding agencies/ bodies/organizations.

Special Lecture Series

Institute regularly organizes the special lectures of the eminent personalities of National and international repute who are specialized in their areas. They are given the exposure to the practical experiences shared by the guests.

Conference, Seminars and Workshops

Conferences, Seminars and Workshops are regular features at our institute, giving students critical insight into relevant disciplines and helping them to learn requisite skills which help them in their job areas. Every year institute organizes a National level Conference on the theme Mapping for Excellence: Challenges Ahead. From 2008, we started to organize a National conference on IT and its applications also. Case Analysis Competition, Business Quizzes, National Convention etc. activities are being organized time to time.

College Annual Event- Udbhav

The Institute organizes the annual function UDBHAV every year in which the students actively participates in various activities such Singing, Dancing, Drama, Debate, Elocution, Mimicry, Skit, Stress Buster and Cultural Program including Fashion Shows.
 

Experience Sharing Sessions

The institute organizes experience sharing sessions on regular basis where we invite eminent Industrialists/Professional/Corporate to disseminate their invaluable knowledge and experience.
